Abell Pest Control

I saw that this company had a very good rating on line. Initial customer service and first visit was wonderful. But after this and payment all went down hill. There was a sheduled agent visit and return call which never occured and a very rude "I have 18 years experience and..." sales agent conversation with no assistance. Is the customer supose to dispose of dead mice and rats on their own. I don't mind doing that but I am sure that there are many clients who would expect some kind of assistance with this.
