Ozone Duct Cleaning

Todd did an awesome job, very thorough and explained everything to me as he did it. I can’t believe all of the stuff that came out of my vent with his mega vacuum.

We had heard bad things about duct cleaning in general and had a specific need to eliminate a smell emanating from the A/C unit. Todd came buy and thoroughly cleaned the unit itself, identified likely problems and spent over 4 hours cleaning and disinfecting all vents throughout the house. The end result was excellent, smell was eliminated the unit was functioning as it should be. I'd highly recommend Todd to anyone considering getting this service done. The service wasn't the cheapest out there but I would highly highly recommend spending a few extra dollars for a thorough and comprehensive cleaning that will last years.

Todd is probably the most professional individual I have met in the service industry. He is extremely knowledgeable and takes great care to ensure that the job is well done while also ensuring that my home did not incur any damage. I have had two duct cleanings by the builder following the construction of my new home - both were less than 90 minutes and clearly not thorough. The debris and dust removed by Todd at Ozone Duct Cleaning was definitely left by the construction team and not removed by the builder's duct cleaning. I can tell the difference already in the air quality resulting from the great job done by Todd. I have already recommended him to a neighbour and won't hesitate to bring Todd back the next time.

Todd was very knowledgable and did a very thorough job. Ozone's estimate for the job was not the lowest but their focus on duct cleaning and the information they provide online made more confident in hiring them. I would recommend Ozone to others. Our ducts and vent were extremely dirty and they seem to have done a great job. Next cleaning is in 4-5 years.

Todd from Ozone Duct Cleaning was very thorough with his work cleaning our vents/ducts and as well our dryer duct. The previous duct cleaners we had before rushed their jobs and were not thorough and completed in less than one hour.

Todd did not rush his work and took the time to inspect and clean out the dirty ducts. He was here for almost three hours. He was polite and professional through the whole process. At the end he informed us that our external air vent unit was not working and needed attention.

For the last couple of months we were hesitant to open up our registers because we didn’t feel the air quality was good. When I started to feel dust particles fly upwards it was time to get a cleaning done.

Todd came by and did a spectacular job cleaning every single register, duct, air return, central vacuum port, and furnace. Now the air quality is excellent. We can open the registers with confidence now, knowing there are no dust particles (and other objects) flying out.

Bought a new to us place in Oakville. Todd came, Todd cleaned ducts, furnace filter, bathroom fans and built in vacuflow system. And now it is fresh like a daisy or a beer. Thanks Todd for exceeding my expectations.

I've resided in my home for the past 18 years and over that period of time, I had hired three air duct cleaning companies. Ozone Duct Cleaning was the fourth and I believe in my opinion, the only company to really do a professional job. Todd went from room to room and vent to vent to ensure that each area was thoroughly cleaned. I do not recall the other companies using such heavy-duty vacuums or going from room to room. The air conditioner cool air flow can be felt upstairs and works more efficiently now. I would without hesitation recommend his company.
