Todd was great. He came to the house, very polite, friendly, and respectful. Todd explained everything he was going to do, doing, and why he was doing it. Broke down the pricing right off the bat and was reasonable and didnt make me feel pressured to commit to something I felt like wasnt needed at that time. Todd was very thorough and cleaned up after he was completed. I was extremely satisfied with his services. Will definitely have him come back in the future

Just had Todd from Ozone Duct Cleaning over for the second time. As always, a great work ethic and excellent service! Todd always takes the time to explain what he's doing and does a thorough job. Besides the duct cleaning, he also cleaned out the dryer vent as well as all bathroom fans.

Third duct cleaning service in a few years from Ozone Duct cleaning. We keep coming back to them due to their impeccable work ethics and thorough job. Duct cleaning + drier exhaust cleaning, for which Todd detected a real issue and fire hazard that we have now fixed thanks to him. He does not count his hours to go deep. Very thankful. You can go with eyes closed.

Our furnace and duct work had been retrofitted in our home so access to the supply and return vents was limited and proved tricky for other companies who showed up and weren't able to do the job. Todd asked for photos and more info and his communication was clear and consistent. He is a lovely and insightful professional and I highly recommend Ozone.

Todd did such a wonderful job with our home in Markham that, after moving to Stouffville, we asked him to clean our new home ducts, plus the central vac lines, bathroom fans and dryer vents. He is very professional, thorough and hard working and pointed out things we needed to be aware of. Also, he took extra time to help fix a cold air return problem created by a contractor after a home improvement project.
