Ozone Duct Cleaning

I first called Todd from Ozone Duct Cleaning to come in when I moved into my house. When I turned on my air conditioning there was a terrible smell and I would get an intense headache. After he came in and cleaned the ducts, the smell was gone, I no longer got headaches and was able to use my air conditioning. I found Todd to be very respectful, knowledgeable and thorough in his work. I appreciate how he treats my house as if it were his own and how he goes over and beyond the scope of his duties (e.g., he informed me that one of my heating grates was rusting). It’s nice when you find someone who takes pride in their work, will take the time to do the job right and creates a very positive customer experience.

It’s frightening what builds up in the duct works and the sediment that blows from fans that operate in the house from bathrooms, ovens, microwaves, and clothes dryers.

Todd offered a very professional service. He was very detailed explaining exactly what was to be done. When he came over he was courteous and very clean. He took care to ensure that the hoses wouldn’t scratch the floor or the floor boards or any furniture. He even provided disposable earplugs for us while he worked. Not the cheapest, not the most expensive, but the service was incredible. Highly recommended

We have been using Todd's services for years and in 3 homes. He does a phenomenal job in cleaning ducts, vents, dryers, etc. He takes his time and is trustworthy. He cares to not damage our home by ensuring there are towels or barriers so that the tube doesn't mark walls/stairs. He takes his time to ensure the ducts are clean. Excellent service!
