I would not recommend any U-Haul. I booked online, and I was not told about all the various fees which would be tacked on to the cost. If they had let me know upfront about the fees, I would have been less annoyed. Also, I reserved at one location, and they gave me a different location to pick up the truck. I wasn't given enough miles to get from Point A to Point B in my move, so I was charged extra for mileage. I complained that they had given me a pickup location further away from my Point A, so they gave me 15 extra miles, but that still wasn’t enough. They only gave me enough miles to get from the U-Haul pickup location to the U-Haul drop-off location. I had to pay for anything extra, and I already paid $120 for the truck PLUS all the fees they didn’t tell me about. The truck also barely had any gas in it, so I immediately had to stop and fill up. I don’t know why they wouldn’t just fill up the tank for you so you aren’t inconvenienced. I will never rent U-Haul again because of the hidden fees and not giving me enough miles to make my move.
