We have dealt twice with Infinity air-conditioning and heating, Scarborough twice in the last 8 months. The first time was to replace our water heater and our experience was incredible. From the point we placed our telephone call , to promptly receiving a return call, and, ultimately, having a site appointment scheduled, the customer service was quick, pleasant, and very professional. Our water heater is in the ceiling; They did the job in a timely manner and cleaned up after themselves.

We were so impressed by their level of professionalism and honesty exhibited by their technicians that we called them back to service our heating unit in preparation for the winter will continue to rely on them for HVAC services.

As a first time home owner i was devastated to find out that our furnace died in the middle of a cold November day. Luckily i already had a reference from a neighbor who used the services of Infiniti Air and arranged for the furnace to be checked on the same day (which was a weekend, apparently they work 7 days a week!). The bad news was the furnace couldn't have been saved, but the good news is that i got a reasonable quote for a new one, and a discount through the referral. Furthermore i was pleased with the professional communication and i was able to arrange everything easily even though i just happened to be traveling and thousands of km away from home. When you are in a situation like this and a big expense is hitting your budget, you really appreciate the fact that labor is included in the price. All you have to do is pick the right furnace and they'll take care of the rest. What really blew my mind was the fact that there is a 20 year warranty on the heat exchanger, which i wish my old furnace had. That's exactly what broke after only 16 years. If it happens with my new unit, i guess i don't have to pay for the repair anymore! And you can't really expect a furnace to last much more than 20 years anyway. I should mention that i picked the cheapest model they offer, and it already has this extended warranty included in its price. The warranty for the rest is 10 years, also very reasonable.

Got up to a cold house on Sunday morning to find out my old furnace broken during the night. having to catch a flight on Monday morning, did not want the risk of repairing an old furnace so I started calling around for a new furnace. Farhad from Infiniti was quick to come to our home before 9 am providing advice on Carrier furnaces, recommending most suitable choice for our home. installation crew were at my home by noon to install my new Carrier furnace. extremely happy with their prompt and professional service. Installation crew were courteous, very knowledgeable and clean. I have no hesitation to recommend Infiniti heating and cooling Scarborough.

My old furnace got big problem in such cold weather of Canada and I had to replace it as soon as possible. Infinite Scarborough has done a wonderful job. They supplied the new furnace and very professionally installed it in 3 hours. I appreciate their efforts and the smooth handling of the whole issue. Thank you guys.

Since the reviews were not great I was somewhat hesitant to use their services, but they did a splendid job. I dealt with Chris (salesman) who provided the information I needed and offered a great deal on the purchase of the Carrier AC unit. The installation of the unit was done quickly and professionally. I bought my AC in mid-June but waited with my review until now to make sure that everything worked fine. With the hot weather this summer the AC was in use almost daily and worked fine. My Hydro cost is substantially lower after I got rid of the old unit.
