Very professional operation. The sales process was stress-free and no pressure, they had what we were looking for in stock and they had several scheduling options. They came on time for the installation, were finished the same day and they even cleaned up. We are now enjoying our new system, thanks Infiniti!

Called to have my washing machine serviced, the drum balance was off. The technician came, opened it up and quoted me $280 +HST to repair it, which I agreed to. He completed the work and said he reset the drum or something but said that there was an inner tub bearing that would need to be replaced in order for it to run like new. He quoted me this for another $560. He also said I could run the machine no problem the way it was and the noise would be much less since he reset or realigned the drum. This meant I could think about either repairing it or buying a new one. Well, we ran our first load and the thing sounded just as bad, if not worse than when he serviced it and was unusable. I called them to let them know that the initial service did nothing (so I don't know what I paid for) and to let them know that I would be willing to do the complete repair if they discounted me somehow since I was charged for an ineffective repair. The woman I spoke with on the phone was unhelpful and rude. At one point she said "excuse me, I'm still speaking". As I displayed my unhappiness with this attitude she then hung up on me. Do no use this company, they are TERRIBLE!!!!!
