We are very happy with the maintenance done on our furnace today at weekend. Technician was very knowledgeable and professional and smiling. He had a check mark paper and checked all the things that should be checked . it took about 40 minutes, thanks again Infiniti.

About six months ago (summer of 2019), the previous owners of Infiniti Air Conditioning and Heating (Scarborough) improperly installed an over-sized furnace and air conditioning system for my elderly mom (Barb) at her house. As the cold weather came, the furnace immediately began having intermittent problems. When the furnace stopped working a few days ago, one of the new owners (Ali) sent a technician to investigate and they determined that a new, properly-sized furnace should be installed. They came over and did the installation in a few hours and answered all of my mom's questions. Thank you to Ali and your team for providing such excellent customer service! My mom also wants to give a special thanks to Fred (Sales and Tech Consultant) for all his support.

My furnace was about to die because it was a 15 year old furnace and it kept shutting on and off so I got a few quotes for a new furnace in the past few days. On Saturday, that snowy day it finally died. I called Infiniti Scarborough because of the good reviews, and also more reasonable price from large companies . I booked a consultation on Saturday morning and had Farhad came over for a in-home consultation in a few hours. He went through all options and gave me great price by including bells and whistles that you never use but offered by bigger companies. price included humidifier and ecobee thermostat what i really needed. it also include 10 years parts and labour with annual maintenance, which would keep my equipment in tip-top condition. installation crew arrived in less time than 2 hours and finished the job in 4 hours. they answers all my questions before and during installation . They were both very pleasant and professional. I would highly recommend Infiniti Scarborough to everyone.

I needed to change my furnace but I did not know where to start. Infiniti Scarborough was recommended by a friend whom had recently replaced her furnace. Had a furnace emergency on Christmas Eve day, Called infiniti for service , i was given 2 hour window, It took them 4 hours to get to me , although late but Hesam was very knowledgeable and quick to diagnose the problem.
Although i did not like a 4 hour wait but it is Christmas Eve !!!!

Furnace had stoped working on new year's day, found Infiniti Air Conditioning and Heating online, they were fast to respond. I had turned furnace switch off by mistake!!!! I was charged with a smile and best wishes for new year.

Excellent service from beginning to end. Very clean and tidy with their work. I called at 8:00 am because my furnace broke down in the middle of the night. At 9:30am the repair men arrived. My furnace was over 10 years old so it could not be fixed. I purchased a brand new one and they installed it the same day. Very happy !!

I got a call from my tenant in Sunday morning and he said furnace does not working . so i tried to reach out my contractor to come an look at the furnace, unfortunately no response. I found infiniti Scarborough on google and called them , They sent my tenant a technician and he fixed the problem , fortunately it was not major problem . They were able to install a new furnace and humidifier in a very short period of time (~3hrs). The services were professional and very tidy. The salesperson (Farhad) was very helpful in keeping us in the loop in every stage of the process.
