My husband Robert only has good things to say about Eric, his son, and his installer Kam. Our 19-year old furnace broke down, and Eric & team pulled through, we now have a new furnace that works great! Happy with customer service and workmanship. Eric was also great with Roberts parents air conditioner. We highly recommend!!

My furnace is 8 years old another company recommend I get a new one at a cost of $5,670 because it cannot be repaired. Ultra Built looked and had it running within two hours,the problem was a block drain line

We intially dealt with Eric 20 years ago and we were well satisfied (we found him to be honest and straightforward), so when our Carrier furnace failed we contacted Eric again. We were pleased to find that his technician and installer Kam was still with the company.
Eric is well versed re: warranties and rebates, and he seamlessly facilitated that end of the job.
Kam and his team installed a new Carrier furnace and a Trane heat pump. Their work was efficient and neatly done.

When my air exchanger cracked I called Ultra for a quote on repairing or replacing my furnace. I received that advise that my Carrier furnace being 19 years old would still be old with the repair and that I would be entitled to a gift certificate to offset the cost of a new furnace from Carrier.
Once I made the decision to replace my furnace the work was carried out within a few days once the appropriate equipment was found to further reduce any excess costs. The work was immaculate and done within the time frame quoted. All work area was left clean and my old furnace removed . I had worked with Ultra in the past and found them to be accompany of integrity.

When I discovered that my 19 Year old furnace had a crack in the heat exchanged I call Ultra and the owner came out immediately to assess my furnace. I chose to replace the furnace due to it age and a rebate available from Carrier only until the end of this year when the furnace would become 20.
I was given various options, the furnace was ordered and replace in less than a week. The actual work was expertly done in less than 4 hours leaving no trace of their work around the furnace. The old furnace was picked up with no inconvenience for me. The whole transaction was complete after being sure everything was working perfectly. Perfection is a quality of this company this time and when I had used them in earlier years of the life of this furnace . I highly recommend for honesty and excellent work.

Eric was a pleasure to deal with. He helped us with our urgent air conditioner issue and booked a spot for us ASAP. A different HVAC company quoted us incredibly high prices and tried to use scare tactics and sales pitches to try to get us to buy multiple high-tech items at a 5-figure cost. We called Eric right after and he set things straight, telling us the truth about what we actually needed, and offering us a fair and affordable price for the air conditioner unit. Especially considering that the labour was included in the price, it was great to not have any hidden surprises or fees at the end of the job. Eric and his team did a fantastic job in installing the unit, working around the handicaps in our aging house. Very personable and nice to deal with - trustworthy. Warranty on parts and labour provided at no additional cost. Would highly recommend and will come back to him again in the future when it is time to replace our furnace and water heater.

My tankless water heater was not working cold water only i am getting. I called exercise they changed ignitor and flame rod still same called them back again told me ignitor module needs replacing also ignitor which they replaced less than a month and said it's not on warranty. I called Rinnai and they gave me Ultra built in system number. I called them and Paul came diagnosed and find it needs cleaning of the heat exchanger which he did and working like brand new again. I wasted $350 with enercare on parts that not needed my impression of enercare is they are more interested to get you to rent their tankless water heater. By calling Paul of ultra built in system saves me alot of hassle very polite individual and very helpful i were out of hot water for a month dealing with enercare thank you Paul

Eric and his team did an outstanding job of specifying, installing, and ensuring our new High Efficiency Furnace and ducting re routing modifications worked perfectly. Would absolutely recommend him to any of my clients and friends in the Georgetown community.
Will be using him again for the heat pump installation on our new home addition in the spring as well as our Air Conditioner.
