Deveraux homes appear to be beautiful, and the staff seem good. But if anything goes wrong, and for a home in this price range, many things have gone wrong - they ignore you as a customer. To fix minor items around the home (all new homes have "minor issues") is a daunting task. The front end staff "pass-the-buck" to the "higher-ups"; the higher ups do not care to get back to you in time. And their legal team tries to intimidate.

They are a sleezy hombuilder. Other than that, beautiful homes!
