Smart Plumbing No Longer In Business

To start off our renovation we needed to replace a twenty years old shower faucet and we ended up adding two eco friendly toilets.

Mike and his helper were very helpful. Dealing with Mike was easy and we had a good experience; we felt he was trustworthy and professional. While on site he checked the rest of the plumbing of the house and made some suggestions for what make come up in the future. Smart Plumbing was prompt and on time. Now they are our company for our plumbing needs.

3 plumbers could not identify the problem with a pesky shower leak that was spilling water from a second floor washroom down on a first floor kitchen. The tenants were not amused! It took Mike Boboc two shots to identify it, but find, and resolve, the problem he did. He's persistent, fair, and the neatest tradesman I've ever met. Highly, highly recommended.

Mike came to replace a valve in our powder room and we found out that the main shut off was faulty. Mike told us we had to get the city to turn off the water from the street. The city thought they shut it off but water was still running when Mike showed up. He came back, replaced the valves and fixed a couple of other troublesome areas. He is pleasant, honest and very conscientious. I have recommended him to friends that are extremely impressed with his work ethics and honesty.

I highly recommend Mike and he is the person I will turn to for any plumbing needs.

Last night I discovered a waterfall under my kitchen sink.
It wasn't blocked but water was pouring out everywhere!
This morning I called Smart Plumbing.
Mike was here at exactly when specified.
He told me what to expect before he started work and then he got to it.
He cleared any blockages and then repaired the leaks.
Everything is now working well.
When I asked if he'd take a look at the rest of the plumbing in the house he did not hesitate.
As a result of his expert advice I find that all is well in this 120 year old house and I've got nothing to worry about.

We had a leak in the kitchen that was causing a huge problem in our furnace room in the basement. I called Mike and within an hour he was at our house. He identified the problem, gave me multiple options and the cost associated with each. He fixed the problem on the spot and also gave me a few other pointers and things to look out for in the future. The plumber from Smart Plumbing was great. He did a good job and I was really pleased with him for doing a clean job; he was wearing booties and he cleaned the place when he finished. I will call him again.
