Last night I discovered a waterfall under my kitchen sink. It wasn't blocked but water was pouring out everywhere! This morning I called Smart Plumbing. Mike was here at exactly when specified. He told me what to expect before he started work and then he got to it. He cleared any blockages and then repaired the leaks. Everything is now working well. When I asked if he'd take a look at the rest of the plumbing in the house he did not hesitate. As a result of his expert advice I find that all is well in this 120 year old house and I've got nothing to worry about. Thank you Mike, you did a great job and gave me peace of mind. My home insurance Company was not impressed by my 1970's Franklin stove. I went to talk the problem over at Marsh's Stoves on Dundas West. A very helpful lady there suggested I contact Ron Wickett at Summit Chimney. He was at my house within 24 hrs and gave me his advice. Unfortunately that meant the removal of my beloved stove. Hey it had to be done and Ron was the man to do it. I spent the weekend thinking about it, had a farewell fire and then Ron came back on the Monday and did the job. I was very impressed by his knowledge and experience, plus the careful way he went about the work. It was sad moment for me but made easier by the expert way it was handled. I would recommend this company highly for any chimney or fireplace work that needs to be done.

Do NOT under any circumstances hire this roofing company! I foolishly did, to install a new roof on my flatroof house. Well it leaked and it leaked and it leaked. When I called them back I was told it was the chimney at fault. I had that replaced and repaired by Clint of Turnbull Masonary. (Fantastic Contractors) It was Clint who informed me that the roof had never been sealed properly by 310 Roof. They came back again and said they'd fixed the problem... Well it leaked AGAIN... all over the bedroom for the 3rd. time! Finally I hired Joe of [competitor name removed--Ed] Roofing to fix it. He did a fine job of sealing and finishing it...for another $2.000. 310 Roof refuses still, to answer my calls! Don't go near these guys. Paul doesn't know what he's doing and he was cold, callous and downright cruel when confronted by the problem! Update April 20th 2011 I awoke early today (3AM) to the sound of raindrops falling in my bedroom and my hallway. I will be contacting 310 ROOF today and will keep you updated on their response. I know that Paul Hutton no longer works for the company, BUT will the present owners do anything about my ongoing problem... That is the question?

Chimneys needed to be pulled apart and re-built on a my Heritage Listed Dwelling. Clint and his team carried out the work efficiently and effectively. Clint is always courteous and goes that extra mile for his clients. It was nice to actually have him around, unlike other contractors I have known. Also follow up has been very professional. Price was fair and reasonable. You would be very happy with whatever work that Turnbull Masonry undertakes. I would be happy to recommend him.
