I called 3 times to try and get product availability and pricing. I was transferred but noone answered the phone. I need to go into the store to find out but I'm not going to bother. I will go to Home Depot

Excellent customer service. The contractors desk was extremely helpful ( Andrew or Jim) and went out of their way to provide great customer service. This particular store is very large but has the small town store mentality whereby they are there for the customer. I had great service from Plumbing, doors and windows, lumber, tiles etc...... very committed team.

The design of this faucet is very modern and goes well with our kitchen design. The cost was within our budget, so we decided on this one. Although we are quite happy with it, the water pressure is very very poor and I also noticed that it had calcium buildup at the spout end after only 4 months. I wouldn't recommend this faucet as I think we will have to replace it fairly soon. If that is the case, we should have spent the extra money on a more reputable brand.

In the fall of 2009 we decided to add new kitchen cabinets. After analyzing prices and information for our new cabinets we decided on Rona because of Dawn,s expertise and guidance. She spent lots of time answering questions and of course mapped out on the computer what the new cabinets would look like. We place our order and it was filled as promised..on time! My wife loves her new kitchen. Thank you Dawn and thank you Rona!

The kitchen consultant was very knowledgable and helpful with the design. She made many very good suggestions. The installer arrived on time and was done quickly leaving a good clean job. Excellent all around,

wanted to buy a dual flush toilet - was not sure which one to buy. one piece or two piece, side handle, top button. assistant was able to answer all questions.
