I hired Ray from Remodern Home to complete the bathrooms in my new build, and Im beyond pleased with the results. By the time we got to the bathrooms, I was already dealing with decision fatigue from so many choices throughout the build. I showed Ray all the products I was leaning towards, including a tile I loved priced at $15 per square foot. Not only did Ray take my vision and run with it, but he also found the same tile for under $10 per square foot, along with other product alternatives that helped me stay within my budget. His expertise in sourcing quality materials at better prices saved me both time and money, allowing me to focus on other aspects of the project. Ray is professional, efficient, and truly knows how to bring a design to life. Im thrilled with the final result!

I hired Raymond and his team to update my fathers bathroom to make it more accessible and I was very pleased with the level of professionalism and skill they used to complete the project. They walked me through the process and offered ideas/options as they went along. Very quiet and respectful of the home and did their best to keep the site as clean as possible as they worked. Would absolutely recommend.

Raymond is unprofessional, unreliable and does not know what he's doing. I was guaranteed a work start date and after almost 5 months only a very small portion of one of the jobs has been completed and that was completed by another contractor. He never returns phone calls or text and when he does it's all excuses. When i had him here to do the estimate he didn't write anything down nor did he take any measurements to develop his quote. I was to have my main floor renovated and my basement framed, insulated and Trusscore installed. Only the exterior chimney has been removed. If your looking for someone to come work for you find someone else. I would never let him in my house again. Found another contractor and the work has already started.

Really really happy with the way that this turned out. I had a vision for what I wanted, but I dont have the knowledge about what is involved in a transformation as large as this. Ray understood what I was going for and made my space into an absolute dream. His team was fantastic and super respectful of our home.

Amazing transformation of our 100 year living room. We had a new ceiling installed walls painted and Harwood redone plus installation of 3 new ceiling fans and pot lights. Ray and his team were fantastic to work with and there was constant communication through out the entire project. We will definitely use them in the future for our next project! Love our new room!

Had Ray in to renovate a bathroom. He did very good work, and checked my most important boxes: great communication, showed up when expected, very good vision. Communication is so very important and he was patient and kind and brought forth great ideas. Will absolutely use this companys services again.

Remodern did a full Reno for an ensuite bathroom and kitchen (condo). He helped us choose the products which was really helpful. He was always available to chat about the job and willing to make adjustments as needed. Very trustworthy. Excellent job.
