My first contact was Brad D. he was very friendly and helpful. he was always at the end of the phone when i needed him to be. a wonderful Centra employee.
Kristian, Shayne and Jake installed my windows. it was a very long day for them. It was raining and cold. These three employees deserve a hugh pat on the back. they were thoughtful, friendly, polite and eager to please. wonderful embassadors for Centra windows.
my only "thumbs down" would be to the person (who ever that was) who decided that this job (so far away) could be done in one day. after all the wonderful customer service, the company's bottom line reared it's ugly head!
having said all that. i would recommend Centra to anyone i know who may need windows. the above mentioned employees are a definate asset to this company.

Centra windows team was very polite and thorough from the original consultation with John through the process of ordering and installation. Everything was done in a timely and professional manner and the finished product is great. Looks good, feels warmer and less sound from outside. Thank you to Shayne, Jake, Kristian and Sam for a fairly painless installation of 19 windows in the middle of winter. They were punctual, considerate, polite and tidied up afterward. Looking forward to the energy savings too. Thanks

Great new windows were installed quickly and properly. Feels and looks like a new house. The installation crew were clean, quick and knowledgable. I was quoted a competitive price and the work was completed within the scheduled time.

I am completely thrilled with the product and service from start to finish. The installers, Andrew and Nick, were friendly and efficient. They worked hard and did an impeccable job! They cleaned up at the end of each day and the only evidence that they were even here are the beautiful windows and doors. I would absolutely recommend Centra to anyone and I would tell them to request Andrew and Nick! Good job guys!

House is about 35 years old. We put storm window right after we purchased the house 35 years ago because it was very very drafty. However storm window was very hard to cleasn the beween the windows. So We had to replace our window.
We are very happy to have new windows also thier work was excellent.

I had a very positive experience with Centra Windows who put in a new window where previously I had a blank wall. From the initial quote, to the on site pre-inspection by Sean, to the actual work done by Andrew and Jurgen everything was handled very professionally and I am delighted with the quality of the end result. The guys were also very neat. I had expected a major mess but there was surprisingly little dust and they left everything neat and tidy.. I would absolutely deal with this company again.

What could this company do to improve their services?: Nothing comes to mnd. I got great service even when I phoned with a few nervous questions beforehand.
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?: Go for it. Mypreviously gloomy family room is much brighter.

On February 9,2012 I had Centra windows install new windows and a patio door. I had received 3 estimates from other companies and Centra offered the best price and a superior product. Joe and Cory the installers were very efficient and friendly. Joe explained what they needed to do with flashing over two of my windows. They arrive on time and finished the project in the time that they said it would take. I highly recommend this company, Marg W
