Both associates, Raymond and Jurgen, were very friendly and knowledgeable. Raymond was honest and willing to help us financially with equal payment plan. Jurgen arrived at the appointed time and worked for hours on installing the doors and even crafted an extra piece above the door to prevent a gap. Jurgen was friendly and very patient with my very curious 3 year old. Thank you.

In early March, we had 20 leaky aluminum windows in our home replaced with Centra 2900 & 6855 windows. Brad helped us through the selection and ordering process, Sean sized us up, Angie got us scheduled, and Kevin and Greg did most of the installation work. It was a big job, and a difficult one, as our house is 3 stories tall on one side and the weather thrown at the guys over a period of 5 days was pretty nasty; including 40-60 Km/h winds, rain, snow and sleet. A couple of days requried a total of 6 guys on-site, and Shayne's very able team worked well with the others.

The teamwork displayed, workmanship, concern for safety and care of my property was impressive. I was at home during most of the installation and my lasting memory will be the work ethic, care and attention shown by the installers, particularly Kevin and Greg. The two of them work together like a well oiled machine and deserve a great amount of praise for a quality job well done under very difficult circumstances. Experiencing a company where its core values are understood and demonstrated by every employee I dealt with is impressive.

We are very pleased with the quality and look of the windows and are enjoying their benefits already through a noticeable reduction in drafts and less heating required. Dealing with everyone at Centra was very easy and I will not hesitate to recommend Centra to anyone who is looking for a quality replacement of old drafty windows.

The crew of Kevin, Kevin, Greg and Andrew did a wonderful and professional job on the installation of the entire replacement of all windows in our home. They were courteous and respectful and arrived promptly on time. The installation was complex and was performed on a house with an exterior stucco surface which required the sawing of existing stucco. There was no idle chat during work time and breaks were properly adhered to making this 3 day job to run as scheduled. They had good rapport with us and the neighbours. We knew during the contractor review phase of this initiative that we needed a professional company with a great product and we are please to report that we are thrilled with their product and service. The windows are such an improvement in retaining heat and reducing drafts that it has had a significant impact on the energy review done by the home inspection service we enrolled with to get government rebates. This inspection and the way they de-pressurize the home using a high speed fan that simulates a 60 km wind swirling around the house. Before the installation the house under this test had drafts. After the installation of the new Centra windows this test proved the installation was draft free. Well done team and thank you so much.

I had all my windows upgraded in my home by Centra . The installation team Kurtis Jurgen Kevin and Harry were first class arrived on time introduced themselves. great people skills excellent work ,windows look great . I would recommend Centra as a great service company with excellent product.

Excited to get new windows but very disappointed. The workers had to redo the outside trim it was uneven and messy. They scratched a metal door, put two big dents in the window trim. Then they broke a blind and put two sided tape on it in hopes we wouldn't find out. Makes me worry about what other mistakes they covered up.They crushed my plants with their ladders. Then they came inside, used our microwave, we came home to find them sitting having lunch at our dining room table!! Complained to the VP and he thought my husband made it up! Beware

We recently had our windows in our house replaced and are really pleased with the results. Our sales person, John Larche, was extremely patient with us through the whole process. He was very understanding when we postponed our commitment for a year and we never felt pressured to proceed. We found him thorough and apprecaited the fact there were no unpleasnat 'surprises' along the way.
Our crew, lead by Harry were amazing. The process was clearly explained and we found everyone attentive. Accommodations were made for our cat and our gardens and everything was left clean.
We would recommend Centra for their fabulous work ethic and excellent product.

Centra did a great job replacing our windows, from initial discussions to final clean up. The windows look great. The staff were incredible, including Nolan the estimator, Shaun who took the final measurements, and the installation team of Mike, Tyler, and Sam. I strongly recommend this company.

I decided to take part in the government grants program and part of that was upgrading my windows. I did some research online and found Centra had a discount of their own going on, so I called them up and had a quotation done by Raymond. The representatives for Centra were very nice and well knowledged in their product, and any emails or phone calls with questions were answered promptly. I couldn't afford to do all my windows as it was a big job, but I decided to get some done...the ones on the side of the house facing the train track. I did pay a bit extra to have the vinyl siding detached and put in behind rather than on top.

When it came close to the time for the install, I got a phone call saying that there was an opening a week earlier....so I jumped right on that. The timing of it worked out very well for me. Nick and Andrew were the installers and they came nice and early, did very neat and professional work and even chipped in some pleasant chat at no extra cost.

After the windows were installed I was pleasantly surprised that they even decided to hang the blinds. The cleanup afterwards was done very thoroughly....only the sharp smell of either the cleaner or silicone was left, and man was I happy.

I do wish the windows alone was enough to completely block out the noise of the train, but I haven't been woken up yet and the windows have been in for a bit.

I'm looking forward to my next purchase from Centra, the windows are beautiful, way thicker than the old ones, and heck...i don't even have to clean em...i just have to call them up...gotta love that. I'd consider handing in a Resume to this company ;-)

We had window problems and went to Centra for an estimate and from our introduction they were professional in every possible way. \In the showrrom Jeff explained to us the options and types of windows available to us. Later he attended at our home and measured the windows and provided a cost estimate. The ordered the windows to be installed some 6 weeks later (we were on holidays for much of this time). We returned home and received a call confirming an installation date. True to their word Kristian, Jake and Shayne arrived on time and went right to work. In two and a half days the windows and two doors were replaced. The was no work for us to do. The installers left the house us they found it..

I cannot say enough about the quality of service we recieved and the satisfaction we have with the new windows. An excellent job in every respect. Well done Centra!
