As an engineer, I chose Centra windows as they were a technically advanced product that exceeded the specifications required for the upgrade of my home.

Centra completed an excellent job, with a superb product. Shaun, Kyle and Nick fitted the windows and patio doors carefully, but with attention to detail and in a professional and very clean operation. At the end of the job, apart from the startling difference the new windows and doors made to the look of the property, you could not tell that they had been here.

My wife and I needed to replace our windows in our home. Your company made all other manufacturers look like amateurs when it came to the sales and installation process. Ray, you sales rep was professional and very prepared. He brought all the parts and pieces with him to show us what we would be getting. He even prepared our quote on the spot. Your installation team was on-time, friendly, hard working, and easy to deal with. They even prevented our pesky cat from escaping the house during install. Team leads, Harry and Jurgen were awesome! We are very happy with our new windows and the house looks great. Thanks again. We would definitely recommend your company to anyone looking for new windows.

My husband and I were pleased from the get go with the service and excellent PR each and everyone one of the workers presented to us. Warren, Joe, Cory and Carl were equally courteous and professional in all they did. It was so nice to see such a great group of fellows do such outstanding work. Installation was performed in a very safe and professional manner throughout all steps. Especially during a foul weather period. Drop clothes were used during all phases and in all areas of the house, thus making employee clean up during a two day project a snap.

Window measurements were taken multiple times by multiple representatives to ensure close tolerances by; estimator Dave Tyler, installation manager Jon Marker, and installers Clint and Jason. Finishing touches, including window screens, were an unexpected delight which really improved the final product appeal.

I wanted to replace our circa 1970 windows without causing damage to the stucco on the outside walls. Several companies said it was not possible to do this. Centra Windows inspector came and estimated for the replacement windows with vinyl low 'E' Argon Gas filled windows. Their crew came and covered the house floors with dust covers and took only 6 hours to do all the installation. No mess and we had no cleaning to do after they left. The working crew had a wonderful routine for each window's removal and preparation for the next step in the process. An excellent crew and the difference in how quiet and draught free our home is amazing. Our home has gone from an energy efficiency rating of 69 to 82! Not bad for a 70's home. We are delighted with the fact no damage was done to the stucco and no patching up at all. The inspector called after the installation before I paid to see we were absolutely satisfied. Two years later and we have a friend who was recommended to this company and he is equally satisfied with there work. I would definately recommend and use this company again.

Our first introduction to Centra Windows was with Raymond Charron, estimator and we were extremely impressed by his professionalism. He took the time to explain everything to us and had the answers to our questions. We then met Sean who came to measure up the windows and once again we were impressed by his professionalism. The main crew for the window installation was Randy Murphy as lead with Brandon and Damon assisting. Randy's group was great. They were courteous, respectful and hardworking.The work was performed in a very satisfactory manner and Randy checked in with us often to make sure that were satisfied. The pride of workmanship was evident from the installation, to the cleaning of the windows, etc. We thank all the people we met at Centra who made us feel at ease.

We have nothing to complain about this company. They were here at the time they stated they would. Kristian, Shane and Jake were easy to deal with and answered any questions we had.

They were very professional and courteous.

Centra installed a new front door for my house. It was a slightly more complex job due to the customer glass above the door, etc. They were very professional, easy to deal with, and provided a quality product Their follow up support was also very timely and well done (had them come out 1 additional time because the door needed adjusting). My one issue: they did a poor job on installing new molding around the inside of my door - its an older house so the walls are not completely square, but they made no effort to pay attention to detail, and they partially filled all nail holes with caulking (not wood filler). By the time I discovered it, it was tool late and it would have been a major mess trying to have them remove and reinstall the molding properly since the seams had been caulked etc. Doors installers they are; wood finishers they are not...for the premium price, I expected more in this regard.

What an amazing team and product! Windows look wonderful, and the installation team were so efficient,! Have already referred and will continue to recommend Centra Windows to friends and neighbours.

I absolutely love my new windows that were installed last week. From the first night I noticed how much warmer and quieter it is. I should have done this much sooner. Everyone I have met through the process has been great and made the whole experience less stressful than I thought it would be.

Kevin, Andrew and Kevin did a great job on the installation and clean up (I also noticed they kept the work site organized and safe).

I would not hesitate for a moment to recommend your company to anyone.
