Our strata is having all the windows replaced in the complex. Our unit has recently been completed and we found the crew doing the job, Dylan, Calvin, Josh & Eric very competent. They were all polite, personable & professional. They worked well together and always seemed to be well organized. They left the job site in a neat and tidy condition at the end of each working day. They have stayed on schedule so we knew when to expect them at our unit. We are very happy with our finished windows. Thank you fellows for a job well done.

It seems like the Windows and door are of good quality but the true test will be in the winter.Over all a good experience.

I've recently completed a full window replacement in our home after a purchase last fall. As most do, I had three quotes prepared and felt most confident in Centra's approach. Michael came in and was very consultative in his presentation, and presented options in terms of install. When he provided his quote, he was diligent in his follow up. Once we decided to proceed with Centra, Michael provided a timeline to install, despite the Covid challenges in place.

Honestly, I was surprised when the call came through within a week of the expected turnaround to say that we could be slated for install. I was introduced to Marshall and Dave on the Monday morning of our install and I was explained how they were going to go about the process of managing the week long installation. Our home is an early 90s build, with a stucco exterior, which led me to believe it would be a slower process. Marshall and Dave were confident in their explanation that the install would be completed in the 5 day window as expected, and proceeded to hit this timeline perfectly.

Marshall had the team up and running each morning promptly by 9am, and commenced cleanup every afternoon to ensure that we had our home back by 5pm. Despite being in and out of the house, the install team always had one person inside who was "clean" meaning they didn't track in dust from outside following cuts to the exterior. This continued to build confidence daily, that this company knew their craft well, and executed against a gameplan which has been well developed.

Marshall, Dave, and Tristan (who joined the install later in the week) were great guys, and respectful of the impact to our home while doing their work. Good natured ribbing, and a calm demeanour helped my whole family get to know these guys, and made for a really positive experience. Needless to say, I've already recommended their work to 2 other families despite the install was only completed last week.

We are satisfied with the installation of windows and the professionalism of Bryan Richards and Peter Wead and team. There was a short delay because of Covid but they finished on time.

I chose to replace all 20 windows in my 1980 house in December 2019, yes, in the rainy, cold weather of a normal Victoria winter. It was an excellent experience!

Centra Windows Victoria provided an outstanding service from its introduction to me at the Home Show, to the immediate follow-up the next week by Joe, salesman extraordinaire. Throughout the process, from ordering, delivery, installation, and clean-up, service was well-planned, carefully executed, and very well managed. Particularly, Elijah proved an amazing site manager/supervisor/installer. He kept me informed regularly, increased his team size to ensure the work was completed on time, and awed me with his uncanny ability to run 6 installers so that they weren't in each other's way, ever! Thanks to Konnor, Riley, Ryan, Franco, and Derek for a job well done. And to Joe and Chris for their services, as well as to the accounting staff. And timely? 20 windows removed, installed, and trimmed in 3.5 days. Awesome.

I especially appreciate that the window installation was undertaken in such a way that I could continue working all day, and that my cat could remain undisturbed (and wouldn't escape to the great outdoors). Windows were replaced one room at a time, so that nowhere was ever cold or exposed for very long. Clean-up occurred as every window was completed with a general cleaning when all windows were completely installed. Really, the house was so clean that I managed to forget the usual drudgery for a week.

Old windows were removed from site and disposed. New trim was installed on the interior and exterior, freshening the look of the house immensely. Care was taken to seal and insulate all window openings, to avoid water penetration and air leakage. For our coldest two months, I have already achieved an 18% savings compared with an average of the last 5 years' hydro use. This was a job worth doing.

My house was built in 1978, stucco siding and still had the original aluminum windows. A local contractor told me about Centra and having window inserts installed, which i never heard of before. I talked to Chris & Derek (great guys) who thoroughly explained to me the concept of these type of windows. Convinced me and after it was done i new i made the right choice. Derek, Dylan & Brent were an excellent team when they came to install the windows, very personable. In two days they were here and gone and the only sign of them was the 12 new windows. An awesome crew, thanks guys, it was a pleasure to meet you.

We had Centra Windows complete the task of switching our windows from aluminum frame to vinyl frame doing the last seven windows this month. Mark and Kyle were fantastic in helping us with quotes and all the arrangements for the installation. The crew.... Dave , Blair, Slater and David, completed the job in one day and were extremely efficient, courteous and professional. We are deleted with the outstanding quality of the installation and the windows. This company was fast and quality is excellent. The people we dealt with from beginning to end were very professional, personable and never pressured in any way to do something we did not want or need, in fact exactly the opposite. Really good people that work in this organization. I would recommend Centra to anyone.

Just had our Windows replaced from a home built in 1986. Cold metal frames and not at all energy smart. 7 large windows installed 3 of them roughly 5x5 ft and difficult locations to install. All done in 2 days with everything completed, siding back in place like it was never taken off and inside the house all trim finishing done like the house was new. THANK YOU Shawn and Ray ! Too bad I never got to meet you guys but my wife was very impressed ! Thank you Centra, the windows are a 10 !

I contacted Centra as I wanted my old sliding patio doors replaced with French doors, and also wanted the glass double paned, with blinds in between. I am extremely happy not only with the finished product, but also with the professionalism shown by the installers, Chris ans Scott. They were informative, polite and did an excellent job of cleaning up afterward. I would glad to recommend Centra to anyone wanting replacement windows or doors.
