Centra Windows, Exteriors, Restorations

Loving our Centra windows and sliding doors. Our sales representative John suggested to add a wood trim to the exterior of the windows which turned out fantastic. The installation crew of Jayme, Sean and Scott were amazing. Their workmanship and professionalism was excellent and on time. These guys worked hard and long hours in terrible wet weather conditions without any complaints. Thanks guys for your commitment to customer service as well!

I had a new large living room window installed. The installers, Scott and Tryston were fabulous, friendly and highly efficient. The new window looks fabulous. Their installation was flawless; no need to repaint any sills, etc. and they cleaned up both inside and outside.
We've had Centra install windows and a door in the past and they have always been excellent. And, I particulalry like that it is a Canadian/B.C. company which is employee owned and operated.

Put 2 large pane windows in the back of the house to take advantage of the light and view. Contracted Centra Langley. Instal done by Shawn and Ray on October 23,2019. They showed up on time and spent the first hour setting up the plastic, tarps and drop sheets. Instal went great. Shawn was especially good at explaining the process and doing the walkthrough. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use again!

I love the new windows the Centra team installed in our home. What struck me most about this company is that it is run by its share holders. The team is passionate about their work. The on line videos were informative and Michael was always available to answer questions along the way. The team communicates with one another well. They are everything they claim to be in their representation.

Centra Windows recently replaced all 18 windows and a patio door in our home. Their customer service, expertise, quality of work and product met and exceeded our expectations. We scheduled three quotes from different companies but Brad, our sales rep, made such a positive impression that we chose to go with Centra prior to receiving our final quote. The very friendly installation crew, Kyle and Glen (leads), and Kurt and Joe, (with Jayme and Trystan each coming in on one day) were respectful and considerate of our time, our home and our pets. Pride in their work showed in their meticulous attention to detail and their exceptional customer service. Our installation was scheduled for 4 days, but the crew worked an extra day and half to ensure the job was done right. When a scratch was noted on one of the window levers during the final inspection, Kyle made an extra trip to our home to replace the lever with a new part. When one of our double casement windows could not open to our desired 90 degrees due to the size of the window, Darren and Ryan (technical crew) came out to analyze and then custom-modify the window to what we wanted. Timely, courteous communication, by email, phone and in person, kept us updated throughout the process. We love our new windows, especially the double casement ones, which bring the outdoors in. We couldn’t be more pleased! All the windows look so great ! Everything was done so professionally. The installers were super guys, Calvin, Matt, Dustin and Guy, very professional and very personable. We feel they went the extra mile in doing the job. They paid close attention to detail and they took care of everything in the house and made sure there was a clean up every day. Overall everyone in the company was very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Sean and Jeremy for all they did for us.

It was truly a pleasure having Centra replace my windows. The sales estimator was extremely knowledgeable explaining the different types of windows in a manner that was patient, friendly and informative. He explained exactly how the work would proceed regarding timelines & outcomes. I’m very grateful that the crew that was sent was so exceptional. They were friendly, helpful and very hard working. Except for my wonderful and very efficient new windows, you’d never know a three man crew worked here for two days. Absolutely no mess. Thank you! Was blown away by Scott and his team including Trystan and Tenzin. They were all extremely professional and very friendly and did a brilliant job. Scott made sure we knew what was going on every step of the overall project and no question or request was a problem. He’s also just a really nice guy and both Scott and his team do Centra proud!

I'm so happy that I choice centra for my window upgrade. The installers, Marshall, Ormar and David were fantastic. Friendly, courteous and so easy to get along with. Clean up was good and all I had to do was the finishing touches. I have already noticed a difference in the heat regulation in my home. I wish I had done this sooner. This is a company that I would highly recommend. Thank you guys for a great job.

Kyle, as lead hand, and Brady, Mike, Jake and Nick were all very courteous, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. They removed and replaced all of my windows and left everything very clean!
Would definitely employ this Company again - doors in my future??
