They came and did a measurement and quote for Tub replacement in my condo.

I sent the quote guy away with a color sample (bone colour access panel cover for the old tub) for them to match and price the replacement (6 foot soaker tub).

I accepted the quote and arranged an appointment for them to remove the old tub and install the new one.

The trades guy who attended the appointment was surprised that he was removing a 6 foot soaker tub. He said that the replacement he had was a regular white tub.

He removed the old tub and left. They arranged a new appointment through the condo management company, and reportedly ordered the correct tub.

Their appointment was for today between 9am and 10am to install the new tub.

They are a no-show, and there was no contact from them to re-arrange the appointment.

Terrible experience. I will never book with them.

I have seen their jw plumbing vans around my condo area for years so they were my first pick when i needed someone to call. I am totally satisfied the plumber arrived on time after calling first then he did the job in only a few minutes and was on his way. Only funny thing was no credit cards so i had to pay cash/cheque.

fabulous service. Came within a half hour even though it was at the end of the day. Did the repair that another company could not and did not charge when it went almost a half hour into overtime. Definately will be my 'go to' company.

Replaced the old furnace with a new basic model. The price was good and installation started on time and was finished in 1 day. They came back to do a ventilation hole afterwards.
