Large traditional style double hung window (Anderson) with lites, retrofit with installation
I was very impressed from start to finish with my experience with Dundas Wood Windows and Specialties. Starting with Anthony who came to do estimates and explained the products and options, providing several estimates to choose from.
The showroom and office staff were always very helpful and pleasant and very accommodating with schedules.
Antonio and his coworker did a great job with the installation- fast and very neat. As I requested, he did a nice profile on the exterior aluminum capping/surround, so it looked very custom and finished. Antonio took pride in his work and stated that he installed every window as if he were doing the job on his own
home- importantly, I believe he did.
Everyone seems proud of and dedicated to providing a high level of service and intent on pleasing and delivering a high level of product at a very competitive price.
I will be using them again when I change my other windows.
