I have used Rapid Service Parts and Delivery twice in the last few months. The first time was to repair a clothes drier that had no heat. The 2nd time was for a gas oven that didn't heat up adequately or reliably. Both time Dawn in the office was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, efficient and timely in arranging a service call to meet my schedule needs. Both times Howard arrived timely with telephone updates before. Howard was really pleasant, knowledgable, efficient, and gave some very helpful info. that was much appreciated in both cases. Really a pleasure to deal with. I shall continue to rely on and use them in the future.

I was very impressed from start to finish with my experience with Dundas Wood Windows and Specialties. Starting with Anthony who came to do estimates and explained the products and options, providing several estimates to choose from. The showroom and office staff were always very helpful and pleasant and very accommodating with schedules. Antonio and his coworker did a great job with the installation- fast and very neat. As I requested, he did a nice profile on the exterior aluminum capping/surround, so it looked very custom and finished. Antonio took pride in his work and stated that he installed every window as if he were doing the job on his own home- importantly, I believe he did. Everyone seems proud of and dedicated to providing a high level of service and intent on pleasing and delivering a high level of product at a very competitive price. I will be using them again when I change my other windows.

Service was prompt and polite with on -site diagnosis and repair lasting 35 minutes. ('a worn igniter'). NO PARTS were required but charged $320 ! (this was inclusive of an $80 service fee) Cash was requested (personnel cheque was refused) then conceded to payment by VISA. Felt fee was out- of-line and would NOT reuse.

David- IIt was a pleasure to have met you and to have dealt with someone who takes great pride and pleasure in his work and a job well done. Your crew did a great job. For an extremely dirty and heavy job with tight spaces to work within they did an amazing job; highly organized and efficient. They left things amazingly clean and damage/"ding"-free. Really Bravo to all. Keep on doing what you are doing..

After receiving 5 quotes in which I made very specific requests for materials and details of work, I decided to have my century home roof done by Professional Roofers.com. The job included a roof with a very steep pitch,with removal of a layer of slate and 3 layers of shingles, very tight access with the neighbours house on one side, plus stripping 3 layers and resheathing/roofing a 2 level flat roof.It was a very difficult job at a very competitive price. Though their name is aptly chosen in describing them, I still can not say enough good things about all the people I came in contact with or the job that was done- From Charlie the estimator and service rep who answered all my calls, concerns and questions immediately or if he didn't know got back to me timely; always extremely polite. Roberto listened to my requests and specifications, clarified and made further excellent suggestions. Fernando and his team of roofers, also very polite and professional, took great care to protect my house and property as well as my neighbours'.They worked so hard and diligently over the 4 days job (all estimators said it would be a 4-5 day job). Taking great care and pride in a job very well done( which I personally saw up close since I was frequently on the roof). As Fernando confidently said,'I am here to work for you and I'll work for you for the next 50 years'( the shingles are lifetime warranty). Every night all the garbage was removed and a magnetic nail sweep was done- the clean up was amazing. Oscar very diligently and knowledgeably dealt with some concerns and details and made some excellent suggestions. From the start Roberto said,'We can do whatever you want ,with whatever you want, you just tell us and we can do it.We just want you to be happy with the job in the end'. I definately am and highly recommend them. I have already referred them to others. They not only talked the talk but walked the walk!

I was very pleased with my service experience with Matt today.It was a day with several contractors booked back- to- back. Matt was on time( much appreciated since work had to be done timely and in a certain progression of order) to do preventative maintenance cleaning via 3 temporarily detached eavestrough downspouts into the exterior ground/ sewer house drains.( My eavestroughs were in the process of being changed so it was an ideal time to clean the ground drains which eventually lead to the main external sewer drain of the house.) He was polite,knowledgeable,thorough and efficient. He made some helpful suggestions, as well as suggesting the most economical way to get the job done. In total 3 drains plus the outside mainline sewer were snaked and cleaned. I would have no reservations recommending Drainworks.
