We are a satisfied customer with a New Lennox mini air conditioner, wall unit. Everyone from Jess who responded to my inquiries to Chris our saleperson to Matt and Nick who did an excellent job in the installation. We do not hesitated to recommend Colbert Heating & Cooling. Each one was very friendly, professional, courteous. They did an outstanding job. It was such a delight to work with them.

We purchased our house approximately 2 years ago. The furnace and air conditioner are Train branded and were originally installed by Colbert Heating & Cooling. We initially contacted the company as the blower had failed and needed replaced. Joe arrived on time, determined the failed part, and ordered it the same day. A couple days later when the part arrived he was back and had our system working again perfectly. I greatly appreciated his advise regarding regular maintenance and which type of filter to use. Everyone at the company is professional, knowledgeable, & friendly. We've used them for all our furnace and air conditioning maintenance ever since.

First contact via phone was pleasant and informative; quoted price was within our expectations; technicians arrived on time for the agreed appointment; very courteous and friendly; work was done efficiently; they did all the clean-up with nothing left for us; the technicians ensured that all of our gas services were restored after they turned the gas back on, and helped us with a fireplace pilot light that had not been turned in for a few years. I think their level of service went beyond the norm. These two young gentlemen are a credit to your company. We were very happy with our entire Colbert experience, particularly with the two technicians who did the work.

I called to get a quote and within a day Chris was by to look where I wanted the unit put. He then did up a quote that he printed right away for me. He explained the warranty and the time it would take to install. No pressure was put on me to make up my mind. I had shopped around and Colbert gave me a very good price. I called a few days later and an appointment within a week was made for the installation. The men did a wonderful job-the area was neat and I was very satisfied. I would recommend Colbert and Heating.

Great company to work with.
Made appointment for estimate and they arrived on time as promised. After quick overview of existing furnace setup a detailed estimate was furnished to cover the work required.
We had contacted a total of 5 companies for bids. Only two took the time to respond (they must be very busy).
Of the two bidders that did find the job of interest, Colbert's price was considerably lower for basically an identical installation.
We awarded the contract and they scheduled the install. Once again they arrived on the job as promised and completed the work professionally in one day. The two young men were a pleasure.
The boss had arrived to inspect the job and it was agreed that the outside unit would have to be re-positioned (no small task). He calmly said that they intended to be sure that we were totally satisfied and they would make the necessary move. He scheduled the extra work and once again, he was as good as his word.
I is good to know that a local, family operated company maintains a set of values that can provide us with confidence that they will be there for us if we should need them.
We are 100% pleased with the installation and operation of our new heat pump and look forward to having Colbert take care of our future needs.

I bought a house with an oil furnace and wanted to change over to a new gas furnace. A friend recommended Joe Colbert and I called him and 2 other companies to get an estimate. Not only was he cheaper than the other 2, he was genuinely a nice guy. He took the time to pet my dogs and gave me all the information I needed without being pushy. His company did an excellent job. They were prompt, tidy and polite. I would recommend him to anyone wanting an honest company to do a great job
