First contact via phone was pleasant and informative; quoted price was within our expectations; technicians arrived on time for the agreed appointment; very courteous and friendly; work was done efficiently; they did all the clean-up with nothing left for us; the technicians ensured that all of our gas services were restored after they turned the gas back on, and helped us with a fireplace pilot light that had not been turned in for a few years. I think their level of service went beyond the norm. These two young gentlemen are a credit to your company.
