I first used Air Makers in 2006, when I purchased a brand new home in Burlington. The AC install was excellent and the service was very professional and courteous. I then moved in 2009 to a new house in Oakville and had them install an AC unit as well. Same great service. Subsequently in 2015 I had to contact Air Makers for a service call (AC fan stopped functioning). Shabnam semi-diagnosed the problem over the phone and had a technician come out the next day to change the part (i.e. Capacitor). The technician stayed afterwards to ensure that the unit was functioning correctly. He measured the coolness of the air at several vents and Calibrated the AC unit from outside and checked each connection to the Furnace inside. Top notch service for a very reasonable price, which is rare in my experience. I continuously recommend them to friends and neighbours!

New to the area ( Kitchener Waterloo) we called a few local vendors and after reviewing Air Makers Inc. reviews on Home Star we decided to go with them. Our AC broke down in the middle of summer, during a record breaking week of extreme heat. Not only was their price very competitive, they were at our home by the end of the week and the unit was installed by Friday blowing ice cold air. Very approachable and never had an issue with questions or minor changes as required. 10 out of 10

We were in need of a new AC. Upon searching HomeStars, I called Airmakers as their reviews were all great. I spoke with Arman in Sales, on Monday, July 25th. He came out to see me the same day and the new AC was installed the very next day. The crew was very pleasant and professional. Their prices are very competitive for the quality AC you receive. We had installed the Carrier 24ABC6 which was a reasonable price and the Carrier company has been around forever.
After it was installed, I spoke with Daniel, the Assistant Manager on the phone. I had some questions regarding the Ontario rebates and registering the AC with Carrier for the warranty online. He drove out to our house right away to discuss my concerns in person. I appreciated this reassurance from the manager .
This company is very reliable and strive to appease their customers. We will hire them again very shortly to replace our old furnace.

Our AC was down on July 21, a recording breaking weather temperature day unfortunately. I could't find the real problem, so I called Air Maker who installed the AC four years ago. It was 4:30 pm already , for such a short noticed request , my expectation for a quick fix was low, worried it would be a sleepless night without AC. To my surprise, Shabnam called me back within a few minutes, after knowing the main failure symptoms she kindly arranged a technician visit at 7 PM ! A technician arrived my home on time, a friendly and informative young man. He made a quick diagnosis of the whole AC system, found the issue was not with AC but with the defective thermostat. He helped to replace a new thermostat and the problem was solved, our AC started working again ! We had a sound sleep that night.

I highly recommend Air Maker to everybody, for its fantastic Customer Services.

Initially was impressed with the salesperson and online reviews. Following the installation i had questions/concerns and Dan the manager, who was truly a knowledgable and professional person, personaly came to my home and reviewed my concerns with me which ended up being a big misunderstanding. Dan and Shabnam went out of their way to ensure my questions/concerns were rectified. I have an issue on Humidifier connection and it was leaking and no idea how to stop or resolve and​ it was the weekend .I have sent details to Shabnam and honestly she called within few minutes and guided me to stop the leakage,

Our old furnace broke down and we ordered a new high-efficiency furnace and humidifier from Air Makers. After pricing other companies, their price was the most reasonable. They arrived on time and installed everything and cleaned up afterwards. They were friendly and a pleasure to deal with.
