Secondly, their staff are very knowledgeable and gave me many tips on how to maintenance the best condition of the furnace and AC;
Thirdly, there were some misunderstanding issues and they resolved it very quickly.

I recently had my furnace, air conditioner and hot water tank replaced by Air Makers. Their salesman, Arman, was very polite and friendly, knowledgeable and patient, responding quickly to my numerous phone calls and emails with questions and concerns. He was able to schedule installation within 36 hours of acceptance, as my furnace was not functioning properly. He showed up after installation to ensure that I was happy with the work.
Air makers made an effort to satisfy my special installation requests regarding venting of the furnace and the hot water tank.
The installation crew of 3 very nice gentleman (sorry, I forgot your names) were also friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating to my special requests. They took the time to clean up the job site, outside and inside, swept and even washed the furnace room floor tiles when they were finished.
I am very pleased with the workmanship of this company and highly recommend their services.

I had issue with my furnace, spoke with Dan yesterday, had a very nice and assurance conversation. He camedown my home same evening and fixed thr issue. Also provided tips to general keep up of furnace. Initially I was not sure if he can come and fix it same day, but he did. It was great experience of professionalism along with friendly approach. Lastly, ofcourse the cost was fair. I am looking forward to get ac with him soon. He is highly recommended pro with my first experience.

Moved to a newly constructed house. The sales guy met me outside(keeping name confidential). Everything he said, he kept his word. He gave enough options. Installers were very professional and nice.

I got quotes from several other installers (including the big box stores). They all quoted me in the $2800 to $4500 range and I finally went with this company. These guys turned out to be the better choice. Met with one of the sales agents, and they installed it the next day. Installation was quick (less than 2hrs) and the guys were very professional. Customer service was great too, especially when I inquired about the coil's model and serial number in order to register my units for the warranty. Best money I've ever spent. No regrets. I'm going to be calling these guys again for the humidifier installation.
