Recently our eight year old furnace stopped working. Fortunately it was still covered under Carrier's warrantee. We initially contacted our local Carrier dealer who refused to honour the warrantee without adding on additional charges. We came across Air Makers by accident but we are very happy that we did. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful over the phone. The service was prompt, thorough and most importantly honest. I would use them again should the need be.

In July of 2015 I had bought a Goodman furnace and A/C from Air Makers. Excellent service, equipment and installation. On Feb 28/16 Dan came to my home just a few days after my request to check the air flow in two bedrooms on the south side of my home. He pointed out the problem and fixed it. The damper in the duct at the furnace's south side was partially closed. Again, excellent service. Polite, patient, and informative. Thank you Dan and Air Makers.

We had to find a replacement furnace fast. We saw and ad for Air Makers and called Arman on a Sunday afternoon. He came that evening to qive us a quote. He was very professional and respectful. He listened to our concerns and explained everything well. He arranged to have everything installed the next day. The price was great and probably couldn't find it cheaper anywhere else. The guys who came to install were very professional and did an awesome job on the installation, especially the duct work. These guys really know what they're doing. I have nothing but good things to say about this company and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I recently purchased new home and decided to install central A/C. Since my furnace is Carrier, I decided to go with Carrier A/C as well. I decided to get Carrier 24ABC630 2.5 ton. I also wanted to get Carrier humidifier, to protect my hardwood floors.

My friend recommended airmakers.ca and I decided to give them a call. Stephen answered a phone and arranged installation with his crew. His price was better than most of the other competitors and they also promised 3 years warranty, due to winter time installation.

On the day of the appointment, installation was pretty quick and professional, although I would prefer installers who speaks English in front of me, instead of Persian, but hopefully that didn't affect quality of installation. I didn't have a chance to test A/C yet, since its winter.

Now, I am not able to give this company 10 stars, because my personal experience with Stephen is not that great. He promised me a "gift" for multiple referrals that I sent his way, that gift was never delivered. When I reminded him, he claimed that he attempted 3 times to deliver it, but no-one was home. Now my wife is on maternity leave and she is always home.

Also, Stephen promised to file paperwork for $400 government rebate. Never got any word about that rebate as well, so looks like it was never done.

Update: I was contacted by senior company representative(Shabham, branch manager) and everything has been clarified and explained. Rebate cheque has been mailed, as well as the gift card. Looks like it was mere misunderstanding between me and Stephen.

We had installed a Goodman Central AC last August and were told that as our furnace is also Goodman they would carry a warranty on the furnace for an year. Unfortunately last week of Jan 2016 our furnace did not work and Air Makers agreed to come and diagnose. They did so and found a small fan defective and replaced it at no cost and only charged for the diagnosis and labour.

It has been 2 years from the install date of November 2013. Time for a real review of the team and the product. 10/10. Great job on install and great product. We went with the Carrier Infinity 98 59MN7A (60k BTU) and the 24ANB7 (2 ton). The whole house is amazing now. Every floor has been warm and cool when required. Even with the increases in energy pricing from the government, our bills have been steady.

Had such a great experience with Air Makers a few weeks ago when I had some issues with my furnace. I was able to get an appointment right away. The technician came over within their scheduled time and was very knowledgable. Highly recommended.

I contacted a few companies to inquire about pricing and installation for a new humidifier. Air Makers Inc was quick in returning my call and provided a reasonable price. On our scheduled installation day, Abbas, technician was very pleasant and he work efficiently. Thank you for assistance.
