We had an excellent experience with this family run business! We had our oil furnace replaced with a heat pump-electric system which requires a highly skilled team. All work was done exceptionally well. Quote was lower than other companies. Communication and scheduling was timely. Our furnace room was left cleaner than when they started. Lots of time was given to explanations and providing necessary details for grant approval. I would give more than 10 stars if I could!

Had them put a new furnace, water tank and softener in and check fireplace. Job was done but the fan switch for fireplace wasn’t working when he installed so said he would come back with new one. I also told him about the sump making noises after he put a line down into it and I had to unplug sump as it vibrates whole house, another thing he was going to check when he cane back with switch! It has been a year and a half and after several messages left and phone calls that his wife and daughter say they will pass on I’m still waiting! His wife even said if he’s too busy she would send an employee that does that work in to correct it!! Never came! Now two winters without fireplace and I pray no flooding that the sump needs to work to remove water as it can’t be plugged in till
checked. Was supposed to get a rebate back on. Red furnace and water tank and still waiting for that too! Not sure why I’m being avoided especially when the bill was paid in full.
