They were very professional very quick in completing the job and doing a clean up after they had completed the installations. Again we are very pleased with the products and the quickness of
installing the products. It all looks great and we would not hesitate to recommend Supreme Windows.

Hi Karl. Happy New Year and best wishes for 2015. Finally after twice being cancelled due to extremely cold weather, the windows have been installed to perfection. The workers did a fabulous job despite the weather was minus 14.. I want to thank you for your expertise in consulting the design of these windows, as well, as those that I had done in earlier this year. Supreme Window certainly stands up to their reputation. Happy New Year and sorry for the late response – the Christmas season kept us quite busy!
We really enjoy our new Supreme windows. They are a huge improvement over our original windows in looks, performance and function. We also appreciate that you and Dave McDonald spent a considerable amount of time to make sure that our job was done right despite being a small project of only five windows. As for the installation crew, they are top-notch. I was really impressed with the quality of workmanship from Ryan, Matt and Manuel – they do excellent work – and that's coming from me, a perfectionist who isn't easily pleased! Overall, we are very happy with our decision to go with Supreme Windows and you are highly recommended in our books!

Happy New Year and thank you for the good service. I do enjoy the Bay window. The fellows who installed the Bay window were friendly, respectful and very professional. They worked hard and cleaned up after they left. I would definitely use Supreme Windows again and may do so in 2015 for some of my bedroom windows.

Dear Karl,
I just wanted to say thank you to you and your team for making our experience to be very positive. We have been buying windows over the last 12 years. As a young family, we couldn't afford to buy everything at once, so as we saved our pennies, we bought windows as we could. We never felt pressured to buy all the windows for the house in one shot.
I have worked with Karl B. since that initial visit. He has been transparent with the process, the product and the time frames of installation. His transparency gave us confidence. He would tell us the windows that needed to be replaced and the ones that could wait a few years. We trusted his expertise and knowledge of the products back then, just as we trust him now.
This year, we converted the majority of our windows to triple pane. The installers have been efficient, timely, and were clean; just like they say in their commercials on TV. The team at the office followed up to make sure everything went to our specifications and satisfaction. We have been very satisfied; especially since the temperature as dropped. We love the low maintenance of the vinyl windows and the warmth they bring to our home.
The long story short, I have recommended this team to our friends. I will continue to work with Supreme Windows to complete our renovations in the future. I have recommended this company to several friends and others who are looking for a quality company that backs their products and warrenty programs.

Hi Karl,

This Spring was the fifth time (I believe) that I have bought windows and doors from Supreme. The initial contact with you went smoothly and you were very helpful in working with me to assist in my window selection. The 20 windows were delivered and installed on time as promised. The window installers did an excellent job and I had no complaints about their workmanship and clean-up. In fact I noted earlier to you, that the crew exhibited excellent interpersonal skills and it was a pleasure being around them for the day. The only issue I had was that one window went streaky as the film was placed on the wrong side. The follow up service with a new replacement window was completed satisfactorily.
I have been enjoying the new windows for over 7 months now.

You work to earn the respect and trust you so well deserve. It is an example all trade/contractor should follow. Very often we the clients are taken as one time customers and once we got suck into their fancy sales pitch we are past, and ditched without any consideration.
You will go a long way Karl, maintain same ethic and attitude. You will never regret it.
Thanks for your follow up with the windows. The atrium is warmer than it ever had been, Thanks for the triple glazing. There is no water/condensate build up at the sill level yet. It is good. Overall I would rate the windows very good. It will take a few years of wear and tear to have a real honest appraisal of the product.

We were very pleased with your attentive service in making this transition possible after experiencing a home invasion. We are so appreciative of the timely installation of this door under a stressful situation. Your company made this experience as pleasant as possible considering it was the 19th of December and -32 on installation date. Our dealings with Supreme Windows throughout the years has always been most efficient and professional. We were also most impressed with your recommendation for the staining of the door with Artur Magaj and his company, Admiral Painting and Decorating. He was well worth the wait and took your great product and made it look even better. Working with people who take pride in their product and services do make a difference for the consumer. My windows are in and they are awesome!! They look great! Shawn and Ryan did an excellent job installing them. They were very thorough and on many occasions I saw them re-do things if they weren't perfect. I was very impressed with their attention to detail. I have already referred Supreme Windows to a friend who is needing a few windows.

Supreme Windows Review
We had all new windows (including a Bay and Garden door) installed by Supreme Windows. We had dealt with Karl several years previously and were very impressed then, as we were this time. He is efficient, knowledgeable, and his suggestions were invaluable in helping us make our decisions. We are extremely please with the results. The quality of the windows are excellent and any minor defects were quickly rectified. Karl always responded to our queries in a timely manner and the office staff were always pleasant and obliging. Our installers (Kevin & Greg) were fantastic. We were happy with their skills and work ethics (which included cleaning up every day) and it was a pleasure to have them around. We thank the Supreme Windows team for making this renovation an enjoyable experience. We will definitely use them again. One year on, all the installed products are functioning beautifully and aesthetically, have greatly improved our home.
