My wife and I have had a number of windows replaced and our patio door. We are very pleased with the product and Karl was amazing. But, the service we received on the warranty work is less than satisfactory. Our phone calls have not been returned even though we left a number of messages. Some of our concerns have been addressed immediately and some have not. Our siding was damaged by the instalment crew. The siding was colour matched but it was not the same colour, so we have two colours of siding on our house. After repeated phone calls to Supreme to deal with this issue and some other small issues, we gave up. We were very disappointed in the warranty work customer service. We have not finished replacing our windows and do not know if we will be using Supreme Windows to finish our house.
Further to my comments made December 19, 2012. My wife and I were very disappointed in the Warranty work as a number of issues were not dealt with, calls not returned etc. A few months ago we contacted Les Willett (Renovation Consultant) from Supreme Windows. He took the time to listen to our concerns and issues we had with Supreme Windows on our Warranty Work. Les addressed all our concerns and kept us up to date on when our warranty work was going to be done. Les even took the time to inspect the work that was completed. This was a nice change and we will only be dealing with Les when we order the remainder of our windows. Thank you Les for picking up the ball and dealing with the warranty issues when others at Supreme Windows did not.
