Denis and Dan worked with me to provide a excellent home which I am very proud of. Since moving in approximately 7 years ago, I can honestly say that whenever I required advice or assistance , no matter what time or day, Dennis or Dan was always able to help. This excellence of service is still there today. I would highly recommend Royer Homes for a quality home build that withstands the test of time.

Picking a home builder is no easy task, given its the largest investment you will make. We researched three builders before choosing Royer Homes to build our house and haven't an iota of regret.Before we even signed the deal, Royer Homes went above beyond. They responded to all questions and concerns in the same day, provided us with incredible 3D drawings of our future home and tweaked our already envisioned floor plan to what became the most incredibly functional home. They are an open book! No hidden costs, no hidden agenda, they set expectations and then exceed them.The build began in June 2015 and we moved in at the end of November. This was the first home we ever built and we feel it couldn't have been a better experience. We tell everyone we know with great pride that our home was built by Royer Homes. Dan and Denis Royer are truly passionate about what they do and it is clear that their staff and trades share that virtue. Erin, the design coordinator was amazing and had great patience. Vern and Craig, the site supervisor and project manager always took the time to update us when we stopped by the build site and never made us feel as though we were inconveniencing them. When the day came to move in we met Alan who would be our go to guy for any issues that popped up. He took care of things either the same day or ensured the trades people were at our door to fix it and followed up afterwards to ensure all was looked after. Each and every one of the above people deliver first class service and they stand behind their product 110%. We are bigger home bodies then we ever were. We rush home from work, the grocery store or even a weekend away because we just can't wait to be back home. The house is perfection in our eyes and it screams quality when you walk in. Even the moving company workers couldn't stop raving about how brilliant the house was. They only reason we wouldn't build with Royer Homes again is simply that we will never ever leave this home. We have it all and wish for nothing else! Thank-you to the amazing team at Royer Homes for everything, we feel blessed to have worked with you.

Right from our initial meeting with Dan, we were warmly welcomed into a non pressured environment. We explained our basic house requirements and he quickly printed off some general design concepts.
Once we signed contract they got right to work. They use the same sub-contractors (dry wall, cribbing, electrical) which ensured consistency.
We were allowed to go on site at anytime to review progress and look for any issues. Evidently other home builders do not afford that latitude.
Once moved in, as any other major building projects, we found a few minor items that needed attention. We gave the list to their followup representative (Alan) who went through the list and didn't leave until it was complete and we were satisfied.
I applaud the management and staff at Royer Homes for their attention to detail, the family atmosphere, patience and willing to go those extra steps to make the purchase/building a positive experience. Thank you......Allan

After meeting with a handful of custom home builders, we decided to go with royer homes, and it was by far, the smartest decision we ever made. Right from the beginning we knew that this was a company that cared about giving their clients the absolute best. Denis even walked through various parcels of land we were considering and pointed out all the pros and cons of each piece of land.
We provided Kristen and Dan with a list a mile long of what we wanted our dream house to look like and when the plans were ready, they blew our minds. Their/ our design was amazing. They explained the entire building process to us thoroughly and honestly.
The design coordinator, Erin, was amazing. She went above and beyond helping us choose all our finishings (and allowing me to change them all again, and again), giving us her honest opinion and helping us incorporate numerous design elements. She was our go to person for everything, I actually miss our daily chats!!
ALL the tradespeople were the best in the business!! Their work was impeccable. They were not there for a pay check, they were there because they loved their craft, and wanted to do the best job possible...and boy did they do that when building our house!! We couldn't be happier!!
And I can't forget Alan, our go to guy after the build!! A wonderful man who will drop anything and be there for you within 15 minutes. Now that's service!!

Picking a rural builder is a daunting task. I looked at various examples of work the local area builders had done and then picked a company that had been in business in the same town for many years. It worked out well. Royer staff were a big help guiding us through the arduous new home process and diligently supervised the site subcontractors on a daily basis. Building inspectors complimented the work and senior Royer staff reacted to any questions or concerns immediately.

Having made the decision to build a home, we met with several reputable builders of high quality new homes. Once we met with Dan Royer, his enthusiasm for the community and the design/construction process made the decision to settle in Beaumont and build with Royer Homes an easy one.
Royer Homes had a subdivision lot that met all of our very specific needs and we began the adventure. They turned our ideas and a sketch into blueprints and we now live in a luxurious custom built home that felt comfortable from the moment we set our furniture down. During each stage of the process we had our own expert to guide us through, listen to concerns and incorporate our ideas to achieve our desired result. Changes and additions during the build process were met with enthusiasm; these people really enjoy building one-of-a-kind homes. We did more than choose colours for the walls; every small detail of the home we either selected in advance or approved of in the course of walkthroughs and meetings – no wonder it feels like home.
We showed up in Dan’s office with three lists and a budget. We had a ‘Must Have’ list, a ‘Nice to Have’ list and a ‘Wildest Dream’ list. Royer Homes managed to hit everything on all three lists and respect the budget we had to work with. We even have several features that were not on any preconceived list because they are part of Royer Homes’ very high standard. Dan and Dennis Royer were very open and honest about timelines and never once over promised and under delivered.
Once we were moved in our relationship began with Alan, who would take care of any issues that popped up. Without exception, phone calls were returned within minutes and issues dealt with promptly. It is a great feeling to be able to go to work and know that everything will be ok on the home front. We took possession of our home just before Christmas in 2013 and to this day the people at Royer Homes hold our satisfaction as the most important factor in our dealings.
I am sure that there are other great builders out there, but I can bet that you won’t be sitting on your front porch having coffee with the president of the company a year after you move in; just to chat and make sure you are as happy as you can possibly be. That is the kind of company they are.
If we ever to build another home in the future, Royer Homes will be our first call.

We have the perfect lot so only wanted to build a house once - it had to be perfect. Royer Homes did not disappoint! We are very happy with the quality of our home. We get lots of compliments of the quality and detail put into our house. Royer Homes is high recommended by us!

Very we'll built and good quality builder. We already owned our land so had been searching for a builder. We simply went with the standard home options with a specific kitchen layout and island, hearth and media room plan and anyone who visits loves the look and says they feel so comfortable and at home which is the feeling you want. It shows like a show home but is our live in home on our acreage. Best feeling ever to have a warm loving place to call home. Very good finishing and help when needed on tweaking things after house settled I would definately use them again on a new build. We moved into the house in 2008 and still love coming home every day - great use of space for a floor plan for sure.
