After meeting with a handful of custom home builders, we decided to go with royer homes, and it was by far, the smartest decision we ever made. Right from the beginning we knew that this was a company that cared about giving their clients the absolute best. Denis even walked through various parcels of land we were considering and pointed out all the pros and cons of each piece of land. We provided Kristen and Dan with a list a mile long of what we wanted our dream house to look like and when the plans were ready, they blew our minds. Their/ our design was amazing. They explained the entire building process to us thoroughly and honestly. The design coordinator, Erin, was amazing. She went above and beyond helping us choose all our finishings (and allowing me to change them all again, and again), giving us her honest opinion and helping us incorporate numerous design elements. She was our go to person for everything, I actually miss our daily chats!! ALL the tradespeople were the best in the business!! Their work was impeccable. They were not there for a pay check, they were there because they loved their craft, and wanted to do the best job possible...and boy did they do that when building our house!! We couldn't be happier!! And I can't forget Alan, our go to guy after the build!! A wonderful man who will drop anything and be there for you within 15 minutes. Now that's service!! Royer Homes provided my family with a one of a kind home that was built to perfection!! I would highly recommend this company to anyone and everyone looking for an honest, top quality home builder. I believe they are the best in the business!! You'd be crazy not to choose them!!
