Picking a home builder is no easy task, given its the largest investment you will make. We researched three builders before choosing Royer Homes to build our house and haven't an iota of regret.Before we even signed the deal, Royer Homes went above beyond. They responded to all questions and concerns in the same day, provided us with incredible 3D drawings of our future home and tweaked our already envisioned floor plan to what became the most incredibly functional home. They are an open book! No hidden costs, no hidden agenda, they set expectations and then exceed them.The build began in June 2015 and we moved in at the end of November. This was the first home we ever built and we feel it couldn't have been a better experience. We tell everyone we know with great pride that our home was built by Royer Homes. Dan and Denis Royer are truly passionate about what they do and it is clear that their staff and trades share that virtue. Erin, the design coordinator was amazing and had great patience. Vern and Craig, the site supervisor and project manager always took the time to update us when we stopped by the build site and never made us feel as though we were inconveniencing them. When the day came to move in we met Alan who would be our go to guy for any issues that popped up. He took care of things either the same day or ensured the trades people were at our door to fix it and followed up afterwards to ensure all was looked after. Each and every one of the above people deliver first class service and they stand behind their product 110%. We are bigger home bodies then we ever were. We rush home from work, the grocery store or even a weekend away because we just can't wait to be back home. The house is perfection in our eyes and it screams quality when you walk in. Even the moving company workers couldn't stop raving about how brilliant the house was. They only reason we wouldn't build with Royer Homes again is simply that we will never ever leave this home.
