Picked up leather accent chair from their distribution centre. When I opened the packaging (plastic wrapping) there was significant damage to the chair base, the swivel mechanism, and tears in the material. Despite calling within 30 minutes, Dufresne won't take back the chair without charging me a 10% restocking fee, they want to "try and repair it" instead. I spoke to 3 different people and they refuse to bend on this. I refuse to keep a damaged chair and will never shop with this retailer again.
