We purchased a floor lamp to be picked up the next day at the Distribution Ctr. Our sales rep Noriine was very helpful. We have purchased most of our furniture at Dufresne and have never had a problem with service. This is the reason we will continue to deal with Dufresne.

Picked up leather accent chair from their distribution centre. When I opened the packaging (plastic wrapping) there was significant damage to the chair base, the swivel mechanism, and tears in the material. Despite calling within 30 minutes, Dufresne won't take back the chair without charging me a 10% restocking fee, they want to "try and repair it" instead. I spoke to 3 different people and they refuse to bend on this. I refuse to keep a damaged chair and will never shop with this retailer again.

The sales person is knowledgeable on the product & made the purchase very clear and we were not disappointed, I would recommend the store, also the receptionist is very helpful with additional information!

Completed the Order - Paid ...and then a 5 minute drive to the warehouse.. 15 minutes driving home with the purchase .. 100%

Delivery went smooth, delivery guys were professional and they came all the way to Carmen to bring me my new fridge and took away my old one!! I will buy again from Dufresne they are wonderful thanks!!
