Pc Service On Site

After having my laptop reconfigured to allow me remote access to corporate applications, my laptop could no longer run my own applications. PCService On Site were recommended to me. After speaking with Meredith and Peter on the phone I knew that these were the people to get my laptop up and running -- it is my livelihood. I was made at ease immediately -- while Peter worked on getting my laptop in the best shape it has been in for a while (thank you!!!) I spoke with his partner about some fundraising and volunteer opportunities These people are a great resource and I highly recommend them -- I know I won't be going anywhere else. And to top it off -- they give back to their community -- doesn't get much better than that!

Kudos and thanks to Pete for fixing my ailing laptop. Recently my laptop shut down completely due to viruses, I called Pete and he gave me the option of coming to my home or going to his home office. Within a very short time not only had Pete fixed my laptop but also gave me some great options for my home technology as my laptop is definitely on its last legs. Pete is a great guy and not at all intimidating when discussing or describing any kind of technology. I find PC Service to be one of the best resources for anything technology related and is my go to company.

Pete told me by phone where the internet wireless switch on my laptop was without making a big deal about it. He's that helpful and generous. So I hired him for my real problems with the PC: Microsoft Word, Norton, viruses, etc. He's congenial and easy to work with.

Pete Skinner of PC Service Onsite is the very best person I've dealt with for all computer repairs needed. He works either remotely or onsite (whichever is best suited for the situation), and ensures that I understand in a 'non-techy' manner. I, along with my family members and business associates have used Pete's services repeatedly for a number of years and will continue to do so. I highly recommend the services of this company. I've tried others in the past and have not found anyone that has been professional. Pete is a awesome resource to have. Could not be happier with his service. Because many repairs are done remotely it's much cheaper than hauling your PC to a shop and far more convenient. Nice guy too. Feels like you've called up an old buddy for a quick piece of advice or favour. I have no hesitation recommending PC Service on Site to anyone with computer bugs or if you are looking to get out of a techno jam.

Peter was able to explain things to me in plan English, showed up on time, stayed within estimate, and gave me advise on avoiding future problems with the technology. With certainly use him again if needed.

I have been relying on Peter for years for guidance about which internet system is working best in Cottage Country each season. He makes it easy by setting the accounts up with me on the phone in advance and then delivering the unit to the cottage. He and Meredith return calls promptly and answer all our questions.

Peter responded promptly to my call; booked a convenient time; came on time and did maintenance on two home computers - under his estimated cost. He was clear about what he needed to do; had helpful suggestions to streamline our technology use in the home; and provided practical guidance on how to meet the diverse needs of our household. I am grateful for the help and would definitely recommend Peter and his company to others.

My laptop operating system had crashed. Working with DELL, they were not able to guarantee that I wouldn't lose any of my programs, pics, etc. What do you expect from an overseas call center! Pete came to my rescue. He came to my office and worked on my laptop and saved all my critical information. I then had DELL fix the operating system. They couldn't help with my Outlook program and I called Pete again and he talked me through it over the phone. Pete's awesome! I highly recommend him.
