My laptop operating system had crashed. Working with DELL, they were not able to guarantee that I wouldn't lose any of my programs, pics, etc. What do you expect from an overseas call center! Pete came to my rescue. He came to my office and worked on my laptop and saved all my critical information. I then had DELL fix the operating system. They couldn't help with my Outlook program and I called Pete again and he talked me through it over the phone. Pete's awesome! I highly recommend him.

This morning I noticed saw dust on my patio, coming from my deck above. I called Pesticon and they were here 20 minutes later. I was expecting to leave a message on a holiday Monday; not to have the issue resolved by 10:20 a.m.. Thanks Waheed!

David is the consummate professional. He is very meticulous in his work. He mounted my 60" LED, sorted and labelled all the various cables and then undertook the task of getting my speakers to work as intended. He takes the time to explain what he is doing and what the result will be for that task. The previous owner of my home did a less than stellar job on installing wall speakers. David was able to sort it all out where I now have a much better sound system. I would highly recommend David and will definitely use his services again.

I used this cleaning service for about a year. Never had any significant issues until the last cleaning. The cleaner scratched my wood table, to which I reported this to the company. Their resolution to my complaint was to end our cleaning arrangement. I don't know how you can be successful in a buiness whereby you don't deal with the customer issues. I did forward my complaint to the Better Business Bureau & they chose not to respond.

As you know I have offered to address the situation yet you continue to ignore us . In our opinion posting such a negative review like this is tantamount to bullying . As you also know the lady who serviced you and who I trust and have known a long time denied scratching your table and I believe her . I feel she has always been honest with us . Therefore in this situation we had to make a judgement call . If we thought the cleaner was lying we would have not only compensated you but would have had to fire her as well since we cannot keep a liar on staff . We owe that to our clients . Homestead Maid does not go around causing damage and not dealing with it to the satisfaction of the customer . We would most likely not still be in business after almost 30 years if we were to act that way . I encourage you to call us . Thank you .
