I bought a washer and dryer pair from CAS. Spoke to Ravi and he was very helpful. They had the lowest price and the service was good. It took a while for the washer to be delivered as it was back ordered but overall a good experience. The delivery people were very helpful and pleasant.

Overall price and service were excellent. The installers were very helpful and solved problems on the spot. Delivery etc was exactly as promised. We have a narrow stairway to our basement and they really worked hard to get the washer to our laundry room

My Husband and I went to the store in Ottawa and we were served by the Assistant Manager, Gary Moskalyk. He was really helpful and we highly appreciated is expertise. Gary took the time to serve us well, friendly and polite. Would highly recommend this store and ask for Gary! thanks again!

Called CAS to order the matching dryer to my washing machine. Not only did they have the best price, but Gary answered all my questions about the machine and their delivery services. It was a nightmare getting the washing machine into my basement and Gary assured me that their delivery person Devon was excellent and professional. Devon and his partner were just that and the dryer fit perfectly. Very happy with CAS price, service and employees.

Ajay Chibber and Andrei (supervisor) we very fast and gave me a very good service. They were very knowledgeable about the units and their functions. Excellent showing conditions and very fast delivery.

I went to their showroom in Ottawa after browsing on their website. Most pleasant experience. The sales rep was most helpful in choosing the appliances I need for my new kitchen. He took the time to explain all the features and delivery options. I have yet to confirm delivery and hopefully it will be be as good as the purchasing process. I purchased a hood and oven from canadian appliance. The sale and delivery were good. I had a problem with the hood from the beginning. I contacted customer service and was told to contact the manufacturer. They told me to just exchange it with CA. Problem was it was discontinued. I had to contact customer service 5 times and also talked to 4 different salesmen. I was supposed to be called back and never was. I had to threaten contacting various consumer helpers in order for them to respond to my problem. They have finaly decided to replace it with a different hood. It is supposed to be delivered tomorrow. This was the most frustrating experience with horrendous customer service. Stay away.

Upon entering the store, I was greeted by a friendly salesman named George. I told him what I needed and he was very helpful and knowledgeable about the appliances that I needed for my home. After showing me different brands of appliances and teaching what they can do, I was able to make a confident decision about which appliance I could purchase and still be within my budget.. I am more then happy for the washer and dyer that bought, and I would like to thank George for all his help, he was great.
