I went to their showroom in Ottawa after browsing on their website. Most pleasant experience. The sales rep was most helpful in choosing the appliances I need for my new kitchen. He took the time to explain all the features and delivery options. I have yet to confirm delivery and hopefully it will be be as good as the purchasing process. I would definitely recommend the Ottawa store. Thanks Peter!!!
