Canadian Appliance Source

I purchased a hood and oven from canadian appliance. The sale and delivery were good. I had a problem with the hood from the beginning. I contacted customer service and was told to contact the manufacturer. They told me to just exchange it with CA. Problem was it was discontinued. I had to contact customer service 5 times and also talked to 4 different salesmen. I was supposed to be called back and never was. I had to threaten contacting various consumer helpers in order for them to respond to my problem. They have finaly decided to replace it with a different hood. It is supposed to be delivered tomorrow. This was the most frustrating experience with horrendous customer service. Stay away.
