Prices are low but you might try using the price match guarantee with another company. I made an online purchase, and then received a confirmation email. At the bottom of the email it states that there is a 25% restocking fee for all cancelled orders, even if they are not delivered. The email also mentioned additional delivery costs if there were any stairs etc. Neither of these conditions were made available before the order was made. When we called about delivery, they said the pair would not be available for a month. This was too long for us, and we asked to cancel our order. They attempted to scare us with the 25% cancellation fee but we pushed back and they backed down...as they should since this is an illegal bargaining tool.
I might have purchased another pair rather than ask for cancellation, but I was offended the conditions imposed after the purchase.

Hi There, I apologize for the experience you had with our company. We only charge a restocking fee on special order products that were ordered in. In your case there must have been some miscommunication etc.... However I do see that there was No restocking fee applied in your situation.
