Switched out of the warranty I purchased from Tyler x803
I had purchase in-store with sales rep. Tyler the Blomberg washer, dryer with and extended warranty of 3 years after the manufacturer warranty of 1 year would expire. I added a range and a refrigerator to the same order to be delivered on the same date and confirmed that the same term warranty would be applied to all 4 items and Tyler confirmed it. The appliances were delayed by about 9 days and the refrigerator was damaged upon delivery. They took it back and was told that that refrigerator was no longer available so I changed it to another one where I had to pay more which I agreed to as I got a stainless steel one instead. What noticed is that the warranty now showed 2 years (and not 3 years) on the new emailed invoice. I contacted Tyler he tried to tell me that this was the total of 3 years which is not true. I went to the store to show him our original contract but he was off. I have left him multiple messages now and have not heard from him. I now believe this was intensional as he has not been returning my calls.
