I had purchase in-store with sales rep. Tyler the Blomberg washer, dryer with and extended warranty of 3 years after the manufacturer warranty of 1 year would expire. I added a range and a refrigerator to the same order to be delivered on the same date and confirmed that the same term warranty would be applied to all 4 items and Tyler confirmed it. The appliances were delayed by about 9 days and the refrigerator was damaged upon delivery. They took it back and was told that that refrigerator was no longer available so I changed it to another one where I had to pay more which I agreed to as I got a stainless steel one instead. What noticed is that the warranty now showed 2 years (and not 3 years) on the new emailed invoice. I contacted Tyler he tried to tell me that this was the total of 3 years which is not true. I went to the store to show him our original contract but he was off. I have left him multiple messages now and have not heard from him. I now believe this was intensional as he has not been returning my calls.

Rob did our pre-sale inspection and we have nothing but great things to say. He was on-time and was thorough, clear and knowledgeable. We would definitely recommend Rob to anyone looking to use this service.

A true professional. David was an absolute pleasure to have around and get the work done right the first time. He was thorough and cleaned up all the mess. He was very knowledgeable and trustworthy. If you need any one to do this type of work please stop messing around with the rest; I know I will be rehiring him for all my AV needs.

We are repeat customers and every time we had to use Hightech appliance services they have been reasonable and quick. It great to speak with the service person that will be doing the repairs when we call. We cancelled our Direct Energy appliance service plane (now Enercare). Will definitely use them again when needed. It is good to know that things can still be fixed instead of replacing at a reasonable cost.
