George came out to look at my steam humidifiers. He was THE GREATEAT TECHNICIAN that I have EVER met! Knowledgeable and friendly. This man is the best! I will call A1 for all of my HVAC needs from now on.

I just wish the repairman fixed the furnace but he didn't have the parts! Probably not the repairman's fault but i felt unsatisfied when he left because time is of the essence when the house is cold.

Furnace was clanking on a cold day, so after reading positive reviews, I called A1 Chesney's for service. The technician had not even been in the furnace room for more than a few seconds before he said, "this is an old furnace, you need a new one." I asked him to please examine the furnace before suggesting I buy a new one. After a very quick look under the panel, he told me the bearing was broken, and that it couldn't be fixed, and I would need to get a new furnace (and that they have "payment plans" if money was an issue). I asked him if he could please see if the part was available, and he said no he would not, they do not make parts for these "old" furnaces anymore. Immediately after he left, I phoned another company, and not only did they have the part, they offered to come out and fix the furnace for me, or suggested I bring in the bearing and they could repair for me in house. I will never use or recommend A1 Chesney's. I paid $100 for a service call with no investigation of the problem, no willingness to locate the part, and was twice told that I need a new furnace in under a few minutes. Furnace part has since been repaired for a few dollars, and runs perfectly fine, and I was told to never replace an older model Lennox furnace, as they will run for life with good care.

Highly satisfied with the experience. Reuel came in the same day i requested a visit, fixed our furnace, cleaned it throughout, made recommendations about how to avoid the problem in the future, replaced humidifier filter upon my request after discovering it was dusty. The company itself was professional, gave me a call 15 min before Reuel came, receipt printout was professionally done, not on a napkin like many service companies.

Had A1 Chesney complete a tune-up/inspection. The technician, Sami, was very polite and courteous. He told me the furnace was in good shape, but needed some cleaning. He proceeded to do a great job in removing a whole lot of dust that accumulated over the years since I had the furnace last tuned up. I really appreciated his professional attitude and honesty on the call.

Was a regular customer for 5 years. Could only get 2 separate app.'s with 2 different tech's. 1st tech came & said he could do both tune-ups & would only take half hour each. Left him to do his job. 4 days later, after having trouble breathing (mild asthma) I checked furnace & no filter in place and loose screws where filter slides in place! My high quality filter & Chesney cheap one left resting on ledge. Skimpy notes on receipt about what was actually done.

A1 Chesney is our #1 preferred supplier for our home heating and air conditioning. The staff are very knowledgeable, the products excellent and the prices fair. Sami installed our new hot water heater and was very professional and excellent at showing us how everything works and what we need to look out for when monitoring the heat levels, ensuring the soft water softener is working as it should. The price is much cheaper than we had expected as we were given wrong information and pricing from a competitor whom we will no longer work with. Definitely recommend A1 Chesney and are happy we have their "Plus Maintenance Agreement", it saved us 15% off today!

upper AC furnace went down. Called and had new controller in next business day. On timer and appt made quickly. Problem quickly identified. Worked well once installed. No problems encountered

The name Chesney means a lot to me, I have dealt with the original owner from back in the the 70's. The original owner took out the old Furnace and put in a new one and told me to come and pay for the new one when I could. Now 40 years later the same incident as repeated it's self, and Tyler and Kyle who were very knowledgeable installation the new Furnace,They calm all my fears regarding the technicality of this Furnace.They also reassured me, that I was in good hands and I was getting the best Furnace that was out there.

Tyler E and Kyle came to our home and installed our air conditioner.
