Should give the correct estimation and not double charge the client without being aware of sending two technicians. Worst experience ever! SecurTek is far better service without this company in Yorkton. Never had this billing issue or someone this rude as customer service. Had to make a formal complaint with better business bureau because they turned off my system in a matter of moments, without patience or any type of way to resolve a customers complaint. They are always right I guess. Pretty upset with how rude she was with me early this morning...
