The technician for Mckenzie was knowledgeable gave great customer service and prompt action for my water heater Rod change.
After dealing with Reliance call centre for 50 minutes and 5 different line transfers for a simple service call. I was exhausted.
When the McKenzie technician showed up it turned around my whole outlook on the company.

We had an old heating furnace and AC both were not working well and consumes too much energy almost every year since we’ve moved in our house. This company was the most helpful and organized company we’ve ever talked to! Home advisor was very nice, explains everything in details, and wouldn’t force you to purchase anything out of personal choice. The workers’ (journeyman, electrician, etc.) job were fast and neatly done. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone without hesitation!

Dennis came out to do our yearly furnace maintenance. Very personable and knowledgeable. He called ahead to let us know when he would arrive. Was very punctual - early actually. We were very happy with the service.

Cost was part of my maintenance package. The technician was very friendly and answered my questions professionally.
Service work was quick and quiet and technician wore his mask the whole time.

We had no hot water, I booked in for a service and Quaid Woytiuk was our repair person. He was very knowledgeable, efficient and had everything fixed in no time. We rent, it was at no cost. Highly recommend this technician as well as this company

Chris from Reliance came to do my water softener install, and previously was here to fix my water heater. On both occasions he was knowledgeable, easy to work around and helped explain the system to me each time from a homeowner standpoint. Great guy and would recommend to anyone.

The first call center person was useless, but I called back and the second person was much more helpful. The techs were great. The first one I talked to was knowledgeable and friendly, even gave me a ballpark cost. He then called back to advise that the parts supplier had a $100 call out fee so gave me the option to wait until the next day to avoid this charge. The next day was a different tech who was as friendly and helpful as the first. When he came out, the repair was quick and painless.

I have an old furnace , josh was super helpful and speedy in getting the parts and fixing the problems. He is nice , professional and knows what he is talking about ! Great communication and a great company. I am a part of the heating and cooling protection program and it has definitely paid for itself . So grateful that it is an option.

Installed a new furnace which required lots of work with installing vent pipe in through developed basement ceiling. Excellent workmanship and didn't leave a trace of debris. Extremely satisfied with the professionalism and cost. Colten caught a carbon monoxide issue for us that another heating company totally missed. Really like that their work is inspected by the advisor after to ensure everything was completed that needed to. Clinton was terrific to deal with. All the technicians were knowledgeable and willing to answer all my questions. Max was our electrician. This will be my go to company from now on. Only negative comment would be that you have to book through a call centre- which is a process.
