we woke up on Sunday morning to find that our furnace was not working and the temperature had dropped to 59F! We called Abbey Air and they had a technician on site within a couple of hours. He was able to quickly replace the motor and also provided us with some good recommendations. The tech was very polite, friendly and conscientious! Thanks Abbey Air for taking care of us!

Problems required 2 service calls for "no heat". Very satisfactory work, especially given it was a weekend.

Although this was just a service call to check over the furnace (heat was working fine), we are really glad that Abbey Air came over! In addition to checking things over, they adjusted our humidity levels for the winter months and ensured that the humidifier and the furnace were working together efficiently. Our service technician was on time, called ahead to announce his arrival and pulled something rusty, crusty and nasty out of that humidifier. He was at our place for an hour and a half, so it was well worth the money to have him come!

Replace and remove existing owned gas water thank that failed with rental tankless unit. Work was done quickly and cleanly.

Abbey Air techs arrived today to remove the original Lennox unit ( 16 years old ) and replace with new unit. They arrived on time and completed the work in 4.5 hours vs the the estimated 5 hrs.
Three techs ( Michael, Todd and Ben ) worked neatly and efficiently to complete the job including new intake and exhaust piping, filter attachment, clean A/C unit and replace the thermostat.

I requested a service technician to check on the safety of my furnace, as it is very old. A technician came to my house the same day of my call, and did a very thorough review of the furnace and environment. He clearly explained his findings and gave further information about my options. He made sure that all my questions were answered.
