Problems required 2 service calls for "no heat". Very satisfactory work, especially given it was a weekend. Follow up: New Furnace and AC installed by Michael & Russ one day later; extremely satisfied with entire process from Devon Webster and on...! Excellent service; courteous, on time and completed within all parameters.
