We have had an HVAC maintenance plan for years with Abbey Air. They regularly send us the same technicians and emergency work when necessary has always been performed quickly.

New A/C installation done to replace an old unit.

Murray was great. Arrived on time and very polite. He explained what he was doing. He was also great with our dog who is big and very friendly, but can scare people just due to his size. The water heater wasn't working. Upon calling and speaking Hannah (and Lily too) they fit us in on short notice (so appreciated!) Helge Hetzer came, diagnosed the problem, called extra people to get the part, drove to get that part and then returned to fix the water heater! Impressed with his demeanour and professionalism. He gave lots of information and communicated well so I felt comfortable with the process. My sons HS graduation will now go off without a hitch! Thank you so much!

I found Abbey Air Service very professional and responsive from the initial inquiry to completing the installation. Mike was very flexible and made the sales consultation a very easy process for myself. The installation itself was seamless as Jay, Ben and Rob worked independently and my participation was very limited. It was very apparent they knew their business and conducted themselves to the highest degree. Would definitely recommend.
