Milan tested our A/C unit as per our maintenance agreement with Abbey Air. He was quick and efficient and done within an hour. Milan also took the time to explain what he was doing as well as explaining the results of the readings he took.

We had an air conditioner failure on the hottest day. Abbey Air installed a new one immediately. The service was prompt and professional. The techs were polite and informative and new exactly what to do. They had one follow-up item and they looked after it. They also installed a new furnace for us a year and a half ago.

Our Air Conditioner stopped working and we called Abbey Air for service. They scheduled us for 3 days out, but were presently surprised when they were able to come out the next day. We had Helge come to our place, and within minutes he had figured out the cause, and had the air conditioner working. He was honest, helpful, and extremely friendly! Would use them again.
